BAC Member Assistance Program

Considering the Coronavirus Pandemic, you may find yourself experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression. The IU offers a completely confidential service for these issues as well as others at no cost to the member or their family called the Member Assistance Program (MAP).

Active and retired Bricklayers Union Members and their families may call toll-free to speak confidentially to trained & licensed mental health professionals. With the Member’s permission, the MAP team does the legwork on behalf of the member to connect them to the help they need, including contacting insurance representatives and locating provider referrals near the member. MAP can also assist uninsured members to connect with necessary services. All calls to MAP are kept strictly confidential. It is important to remember that federal law protects your privacy. This means that the MAP professional will not discuss your call with job supervisors, local Union leaders or anyone else, unless you give your permission.

Call 888-880-8222 and ask for the MAP program Monday through Friday, between 7am and 6pm Central Time. More information can be found here on the IU's website.
