Local 1 Member Vacation Stamp Checks mailed from bank. All address change forms must be received by October 31. 

IF you submitted a pickup form, your check will be held at the Hall for Pickup, and will require your photo ID to collect.  Checks will not be held if there is not a pickup form submitted before October 31.
