Bricklayers Local 1 of Missouri has an active job action against Savannah’s in Cedar Hill for hiring a non-Signatory Contractor to do the brickwork their new addition.

The 2021 Bricklayer500 Regional Competition was held at Midwest Brick & Block on Saturday, October 2, 2021.

Bricklayers Local 1 of Missouri recently took job action as a result of the General Contractor awarding a portion of bricklayers' work to Flooring Systems, a 1310 Carpenters Contractor, at the new Panera Bread location at 14646 Manchester Road in Ballwin. 

Shown are Bricklayers' Local 1 of Missouri Business Agent Johnny Walker, Jr., Tile, Marble & Terrazzo Workers' Local 18 of Missouri President and Business Agent Mike Weber, and Retired Local 18 Member Rich Hanlon. 

At the August 2021 Local 1 Union Meeting, the first held in the new ADC Hall in Fenton, Missouri, ADC Director Brian Jennewein and ADC Secretary-Treasurer John Hopkin presented Brothers Ed Morris and Joe Wille with their 40-year Service Pins.

At the February 2021 Local 1 Union Meeting, ADC Director Brian Jennewein and ADC Secretary-Treasurer John Hopkin presented Brother Paul Mahoney with his 25-Year Service Pin.
